提出一种基于单端腐蚀结构的光纤Bragg光栅(FBG),用于膜反应器内生物膜厚度和温度的同时测量。给出单端腐蚀FBG对外部介质折射率(SRI)与温度同时测量的理论模型,制作腐蚀区直径约为7.1~7.4μm的单端腐蚀FBG传感器。实验结果表明,传感器在SRI为1.333~1.355内具有较好的线性度,折射率灵敏度为6.894 nm/riu,与理论值6.83 nm/riu基本吻合,若采用波长分辨率为1pm的光谱分析仪,则对生物膜厚度和温度的分辨率分别为15.36±0.85μm和0.12℃。
A fiber Bragg grating (FBG) based on a single-end corrosion structure is proposed for the simultaneous measurement of biofilm thickness and temperature in a membrane reactor. The theoretical model of simultaneous measurement of the refractive index (SRI) and temperature of the single-end-corroded FBG is given, and a single-end-corroded FBG sensor with a diameter of about 7.1 ~ 7.4μm is fabricated. The experimental results show that the sensor has good linearity in the SRI of 1.333 ~ 1.355 and the refractive index sensitivity of 6.894 nm / riu, which is basically consistent with the theoretical value of 6.83 nm / riu. If the wavelength analyzer is 1 μm, The resolution of biofilm thickness and temperature were 15.36 ± 0.85 μm and 0.12 ° C, respectively.
