目的:探讨农村妇女生殖道感染的现状及其影响因素。方法:对800位23~49岁的农村妇女进行普查,采用自制调查问卷和妇科临床检查,分析其生殖道感染患病情况,采用单因素和logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果:生殖道感染患病率为52.9%,患病类型以宫颈炎、阴道炎为主,年龄、文化程度、人流次数、生育次数、既往生殖道感染史、个人卫生习惯、对生殖道感染知晓情况及是否能及时就医对生殖道感染患病率均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:农村妇女生殖道感染患病率较高,年龄、文化程度、人流次数、生育次数、既往生殖道感染史、个人卫生习惯、对生殖道感染知晓情况及是否能及时就医是其影响因素。
Objective: To investigate the status of reproductive tract infections in rural women and its influencing factors. Methods: A total of 800 rural women between the ages of 23 and 49 were surveyed by using self-made questionnaire and gynecological clinical examination to analyze the prevalence of genital tract infections. The influencing factors were analyzed by single factor and logistic regression. Results: The prevalence of genital tract infection was 52.9%. The prevalences were cervicitis and vaginitis. The age, educational level, frequency of infants, birth frequency, history of previous genital tract infections, personal hygiene habits and knowledge of genital tract infection The prevalence of reproductive tract infection was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions: The prevalence of reproductive tract infections among rural women is high, and the age, educational level, frequency of infants, birth frequency, previous history of reproductive tract infections, personal hygiene habits, awareness of reproductive tract infections and timely medical treatment are the influential factors.
