根据纱线真实形状对建立了交三向复合材料的力学模型,通过所建立的力学模型计算复合材料的纤维体积含量,并用体积平均化方法分析了正交三向复合材料的弹性性能。自行设计、制作了一套RTM(Resin Transfer Molding)注射装置,制备拉伸、压缩和层间剪切实验并进行了试验。通过对正交三向复合材料和其他几种纤维增强复合材料进行力学性能的对比,讨论了正交三向复合材料力学性能的优越性。
According to the true shape of the yarn, the mechanical model of the three-way composite material is established. The fiber volume content of the composite material is calculated through the established mechanical model. The elastic properties of the three-directional composite material are analyzed by volume average method. A set of Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) injection equipment was designed and manufactured by ourselves. The tensile, compressive and interlaminar shear tests were carried out and tested. By comparing the mechanical properties of orthogonal three-directional composites and several other fiber-reinforced composites, the superiority of mechanical properties of orthogonal three-directional composites is discussed.
