目的观察原发性闭角型青光眼患者晶体位置及大小的变化特点。方法采用A型超声波,直接接触法测量52眼闭角型青光眼,60眼正视的成熟期及近成熟期老年性白内障患者,其眼轴、前房深度,晶体厚度、晶体/前房比值,作t检验。结果晶体膨胀及相对位置前移是原发性闭角型青光眼发病的主要原因。而晶体/前房比值计算容易,较直观地表明了晶体的相对位置,我们认为在筛选原发性闭角型青光眼的早期患者中有一定的临床意义。
Objective To observe the changes of crystal location and size in patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma. Methods A total of 52 eyes of angle-closure glaucoma, 60 eyes of mature and near-maturity age-related cataract were measured by direct contact method. The axial length, anterior chamber depth, crystal thickness and crystal / anterior chamber ratio t test. The results of crystal expansion and the relative position of the forward movement of primary angle-closure glaucoma is the main reason. The ratio of crystal / anterior chamber is easy to calculate, indicating the relative position of the crystal more intuitively. We think it is of clinical significance in the early screening of patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma.
