《中华人民共和国建筑法》第五十八条规定:“建筑施工企业必须按照设计图纸和施工技术标准施工,不得偷工减料。工程设计的修改由原设计单位负责,建筑施工企业不得擅自修改工程设计”。但是,擅自改图的行为仍屡有发生,甚至酿成事故、触犯刑律。
Article 58 of the “Construction Law of the People’s Republic of China” stipulates: “Construction enterprises must construct according to design drawings and construction technology standards, and may not cut corners to cut corners. Engineering design changes shall be undertaken by the original design unit, and construction enterprises shall not modify engineering design” . However, the unauthorized alteration of pictures still frequently occurs, even causing accidents and violating the criminal law.
