由于资源、环境与可持续发展的要求,有关可再生、可降解的环境友好材料的研究日益增多。天然高分子材料具有良好的生物降解性、生物相容性等优点,备受人们的关注。然而,在加工、储存和使用的过程中,这些材料在受到光、热等外界环境因素作用时,会发生老化,并伴随有黄变的发生。黄变是高分子材料结构发生变化的结果,不仅影响其外观与感官性能,还是其性能发生劣化的信号。本文综述了天然高分子材料黄变方面的研究现状,探讨了其发生黄变的机理,并讨论了减轻其黄变的可能措施。
Due to the requirements of resources, environment and sustainable development, the research on renewable and degradable environmentally friendly materials is increasing day by day. Natural polymer materials have good biodegradability, biocompatibility and other advantages, much people’s attention. However, during the process of processing, storage and use, these materials will age and suffer yellowing when they are exposed to external environmental factors such as light and heat. Yellowing is a result of changes in the structure of the polymer material, not only affect its appearance and sensory performance, or its performance deterioration signal. This review summarizes the research status of yellowing of natural polymeric materials, discusses its mechanism of yellowing, and discusses the possible measures to reduce its yellowing.
