Since the 3rd and 4th issues of 2016 (May 15 and July 15) have been successively held in the thematic sections entitled “The Silk Road and Contemporary Music Academia”, around the contemporary interpretation of the historical issues on the Silk Road, I Journal editorial board and Anhui Normal University Music College on November 19, 2016 and again in Wuhu City, Anhui Tieshan Hotel jointly held the same proposition academic forum.
