笔者近9年来诊治35例蛛网膜下腔出血,发现8例临床表现特殊,现将其中4例报告如下。例1:男,18岁.因头痛心慌,左上腹痛半小时,于1980年4月20日入院.患者于半小时前买菜步行回家,途中突感头痛伴心慌、左上腹痛,无呕吐抽搐,即来院急诊.检查:T37.5℃,P150次/分,R46次/分,BP 20.0/16.0kPa,神志清.口唇发绀,口鼻大量粉红色泡沫状分泌物溢出.四肢皮肤花纹状.瞳孔等大,对光反射存在,眼底正常.颈软.心界无扩大,心率150次/分,奔马律,无病
