据必联网电子招投标平台数据显示,2015年一季度我国机电产品在线招标采购中标金额累计350多亿元(币种为人民币,下同),与去年同期相比下降18.94%;累计委托金额437亿元,相较去年下降14.08%;累计项目数量为4100多个,与2014年同期持平(见图1)。一、各地区在线招标采购情况截至3月底,2015年全国各省市机电产品在线招标采购份额中,上海地区中标金额为41.16亿元,位居全国首位;山东省以28.65亿元位列第二;福建超过江苏排名第三,中标金额约为23亿元;排在四至六位的分别是江苏、广东和浙江,其中标金额分布在20亿元~23亿元之间(见图2)。从经济地区来看,2015年一季度我国东部地区机电产品在线招标采购中标
According to data from the must-linked online bidding and tendering platform, the amount of bids for online bidding procurement for mechanical and electrical products in China in the first quarter of 2015 totaled more than RMB 35 billion (currency is RMB, the same below), a decrease of 18.94% compared with the same period of last year; Billion yuan, a decrease of 14.08% compared to the previous year; the cumulative number of projects is more than 4,100, which is in line with the same period in 2014 (see Figure 1). I. Online bidding and procurement of various regions By the end of March, in 2015, the number of online bidding procurements for electromechanical products of all provinces and municipalities in China was 4.116 billion yuan in the Shanghai region, ranking first in the country; and Shandong Province ranking second with 2.865 billion yuan; Fujian surpassed Jiangsu in ranking third, with a winning bid of approximately 2.3 billion yuan; rankings four to six were Jiangsu, Guangdong, and Zhejiang, with standard amounts ranging from 2 billion yuan to 2.3 billion yuan (see Figure 2). From the perspective of economic regions, in the first quarter of 2015, China’s eastern region won the bid for the purchase of machinery and electronic products through online bidding.
