班集体的凝聚力就是班级中学生之间、干部之间及班干与学生之间的团结互助、感召激励作用。实践证明,好的班集体会激励学生不断进取,主动、健康地成长,能使其更加积极、轻松,充满激情地投入学习、生活与工作当中去。著名的教育家苏霍姆林斯基说:“集体是教育的工具。”一个有凝聚力的班级肯定会积极进取,全面发展,必将对每一个学生的个体发展起着巨大的潜移默化的教育作用和激励作用。我认为班主任工作的好坏,关键在于能否建立一个具有凝聚力的班集体。为此下面就如何增强班集体的凝聚力的工作,谈一些笔者的认识。
