Disciplinary Leading Zhang Guangjun from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Wang Songling from Beijing Stomatological Hospital have won the National Outstanding Young Scientists Fund; 18 persons including Deng Dajun, Zhao Hongbin and Jian Feng won special government allowances from the State Council; and Anwei, She Yuanbin and Jiang Yijian were awarded Beijing Youth College leaders; Agricultural Information Center of Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Zhao Chunjiang 2001 won the 863 Program Outstanding Contribution Award;
