以国际水稻研究所常规营养液为基础,设计不同的钾、钙、镁浓度进行早、晚稻水培试验.结果表明,培养液中Ca、Mg浓度在10—40ppm时,K浓度保持在40—80ppm是适宜的;随着K浓度提高,水稻吸K量也增加,但Ca、Mg吸收量则呈递减趋势,水稻生长中后期含K量降低,但Ca、Mg无此明显的稀释效应.相关统计结果,水稻吸钾量与钙、镁或钙镁总吸收量之间均呈负相关,尤其是K与Mg含量相关十分显著,说明K与Ca、Mg之间存在拮抗作用.施用钾肥的同时,要注意钙、镁的供应.
Based on the conventional nutrient solution of IRRI, different concentrations of potassium, calcium and magnesium were designed for early and late rice hydroponic experiments.The results showed that when the concentration of Ca and Mg in the culture medium was 10-40ppm, the concentration of K was maintained at 40- 80ppm was suitable. With the increase of K concentration, the K uptake of rice also increased, but the Ca and Mg uptake decreased, while the K content decreased in the middle and later stages of rice growth, but Ca and Mg had no obvious dilution effect. The results showed that there was a negative correlation between the amount of potassium absorbed and the total absorption of calcium, magnesium or calcium and magnesium, especially the correlation between K and Mg, indicating that there was antagonism between K and Ca and Mg. , Pay attention to the supply of calcium and magnesium.
