理想的职业状态是人的兴趣、爱好、谋求生计与所从事的职业完美的统一。而王海咏(王越)正是这样一个幸运的人。主持人不仅是容易让人出名的行业,更是必须付出的行业。作为青海广播经济频率的一名主持人,王海咏从容地付出了。辛劳之后是收获,如今,她的名字为许许多多的听众所熟悉。王海咏自青藏高原走来。1995年从青海师范大学艺术系音乐专业毕业时,正赶上青海广播经济频率成立,在严格的招考中,她过五关斩六将,在300多名参考人员中以第一名的优异成绩进入青海人民广播电台。从第一次走进直播间,第一次从电波中传出声音开始,她逐渐走进了广播,走进了广大听众。
