目的:观察川西獐牙菜醇提物对小鼠CCl4肝损伤的保护作用。方法:采用CCl4小鼠急性肝损伤模型,测定血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性、肝组织MDA含量,并观察肝组织病理变化。结果:0.12%CCl40.1mL/10g可使小鼠血清ALT,AST活性和肝组织MDA含量明显升高(P<0.01)。川西獐牙菜醇提物高、中、低剂量组(相当于生药0.75,2.2,6.6g/kg)均可使肝损伤小鼠的ALT、AST活性和MDA含量降低(P<0.05)或显著降低(P<0.01);病理学结果显示玉树川西獐牙菜醇提物能显著减轻肝细胞变性和坏死。结论:川西獐牙菜醇提取物有显著的抗肝损伤作用,其作用机制可能与抗脂质过氧化有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the protective effect of alcohol extract of Swertia chuanxiong on hepatic injury induced by CCl4 in mice. METHODS: The acute liver injury model of CCl4 mice was used to measure serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity, liver tissue MDA content, and to observe the pathological changes of liver tissue. RESULTS: Serum ALT, AST activity and MDA content in liver tissue were significantly increased in 0.12% CCl 40.1 mL/10 g (P<0.01). The high, medium, and low doses of Chuanxiong Sweat Ethanol Extracts (equivalent to crude drugs 0.75, 2.2, and 6.6 g/kg) all reduced the ALT, AST and MDA contents of liver injury mice (P<0.05) or significantly. Decreased (P<0.01); pathological results showed that extracts of S. chinensis in Yushu Sichuan can significantly reduce liver cell degeneration and necrosis. Conclusion: The alcohol extracts from Swertia chuanxiong have significant anti-hepatic damage, and the mechanism may be related to the anti-lipid peroxidation.
