我们收治了脑血管周围肉瘤五例,其中颞顶区2例,小脑3例,报告如下: 例1:男,22岁,1978年6月28日入院。1975年7月起有右枕部跳痛,1978年4月一次高热后头痛加刷、视力降低、耳鸣。在当地医院检查发现视力下降至右0.2、左0.5和视乳头水肿。按眼病治疗两个月,未见好转,拟诊为颅内占位性病变转我院。体检:体表未见异常。视力:右0.2,左0.5。
We treated five cases of cerebral vascular sarcoma, of which 2 cases of temporal roof, cerebellum in 3 cases, the report is as follows: Example 1: Male, 22 years old, June 28, 1978 admission. July 1975 has a right occipital jump pain, fever in April 1978 after a headache plus brush, vision loss, tinnitus. Examination at a local hospital found that visual acuity decreased to the right 0.2, left 0.5 and papilledema.
