本文介绍了不中断行车整治单开道岔基床病害架空设备的研制、使用。武汉科研所从1989年开始研制适用于50kg/m钢轨,9号～18号单开道岔架空设备。经过多年的试制,使用,累计一千多趟次列车的碾压,该设备未出过一次事故。使用该设备可对道岔基床全断面开挖、换填、铺土工织物、施工时列车限速25km/h通过。1995年10月,该设备通过了郑州铁路局技术鉴定。它为繁忙线路上道岔基床病害整治提供了专用设备和施工经验。
This article describes the uninterrupted traffic regulation of single turnout bed disease overhead equipment development, use.
