测定了DIN1 6MnCr5齿轮钢钢锭急冷层的高温机械性能 ,发现该钢急冷层在 840℃具有 89N/mm2 ,75 0℃具有 1 0 4N/mm2 的强度 加Ti后可明显提高高温强度和塑性 钢锭在红送过程中产生的内应力 ,可促发“网状的奥氏体”微裂纹并扩展为钢锭表层开裂
The mechanical properties of quenched layer of DIN1 6MnCr5 gear steel ingot were measured and found that the quenched layer of steel had 89N / mm2 at 840 ℃ and 104N / mm2 at 75 ℃.
