包钢平炉,长期来出钢口蚀损严重,恶性补漏事故时有发生,不能保证持续安全生产。不但日常维修劳动强度很大,而且冷热修率高,炉令低。75年秋,公司决定由钢厂党委领导,以平炉车间为主,科技处、中试室、无缝厂等单位参加,组成三结合攻关组、和营口县电熔镁砖厂协作。在鞍钢耐火厂协助下,经半年努力,试制成抗蚀、抗热震、耐高温度的镁质三高予制出钢口砖。76年四月初,先在4#平炉重点试用,随后又推广应用于所有平炉。半年多实践证明,出钢口寿命平均达到10～15次,比过去提高2～5倍。长期来出现的那些问题得到显著改善,恶性跑漏事故已杜绝,还出现了4号平炉百炉不小修,炉令147次近年来的好记录。为了巩固和发展这一技术成果,对前阶段工作进行初步归纳总结。
