目的观察东菱迪芙联合长春西汀治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照方法,将136例患者随机分为两组。治疗组68例用东菱迪芙联合长春西汀治疗;对照组68例采用长春西汀治疗,两组其他治疗相同。观察两组疗效。结果总有效率治疗组为94.1%,对照组为76.5%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗中未出现任何不良反应。结论东菱迪芙联合长春西汀治疗后循环缺血性眩晕疗效可靠,安全性好,值得推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Donglingdufu combined with vinpocetine on ischemic vertigo. Methods A total of 136 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Sixty-eight patients in the treatment group were treated with Donglingdifu and vinpocetine, while in the control group, 68 patients were treated with Vinpocetine. The other two groups were the same. The two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate was 94.1% in the treatment group and 76.5% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups in total effective rate (P <0.01). Treatment group did not appear any adverse reactions. Conclusion Donglingdi Fu combined with vinpocetine after treatment of ischemic vertigo is reliable, safe, and worth promoting.
