目的了解育龄妇女死亡情况,分析东海县育龄妇女死亡原因及相关因素,制定降低死亡率的干预措施。方法对2005—2014年东海县1 996例育龄妇女死亡资料进行回顾性分析。结果东海县育龄妇女死亡率为73.96/10万。其中疾病导致死亡占67.64%,非疾病导致死亡占32.37%。死亡原因中前5位分别是恶性肿瘤、意外和中毒、心血管系统疾病、泌尿和生殖系统疾病、血液和内分泌系统疾病。结论加强健康宣传和相关干预措施,进一步落实妇女保健工作。
Objective To understand the death of women of childbearing age, analyze the causes and related factors of death among women of childbearing age in East China Sea, and make interventions to reduce mortality. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the mortality data of 1 996 women of childbearing age in Donghai County during 2005-2014. Results The mortality rate of women of childbearing age in Donghai County was 73.96 / 100000. Among them, 67.64% were caused by disease and 32.37% by non-disease. The top five causes of death were malignant tumor, accident and poisoning, cardiovascular system diseases, urological and reproductive system diseases, blood and endocrine system diseases, respectively. Conclusions Strengthen health promotion and related interventions to further implement women’s health care.
