目的 :探讨乳猪肝胶原水解物 (LCH)和促肝细胞生长素 (pHGF)对裸小鼠肾包膜下移植人胰腺癌细胞 (SW1990 )的影响。方法 :应用裸小鼠肾包膜下移植人胰腺癌细胞 ,瘤体积测量和组织细胞形态学观察。结果 :高、中、低LCH剂量组和pHGF组的抑瘤率分别为 5 8 2 2 % ,6 5 90 % ,5 5 2 3%和 34 17%。而对胰腺癌细胞有丝分裂影响不明显。形态学观察表明 ,LCH和pHGF均能抑制肿瘤细胞生长 ,表现为细胞固缩 ,核染色质分叶固缩。结论 :LCH和pHGF能抑制移植于裸小鼠肾包膜下的人源性胰腺癌细胞生长。
Objective: To investigate the effects of LCH and pHGF on the transplanted human pancreatic cancer cells (SW1990) under the renal capsule in nude mice. Methods: Human pancreatic cancer cells were implanted under the renal capsule in nude mice. The tumor volume and histomorphology were observed. RESULTS: The tumor inhibition rates of high, medium and low dose LCH and pHGF groups were 5822%, 65%, 523% and 3417%, respectively. The mitosis of pancreatic cancer cells is not obvious. Morphological observation showed that both LCH and pHGF could inhibit the growth of tumor cells, which showed cell shrinkage and nuclear chromatin segregation. Conclusion: LCH and pHGF can inhibit the growth of human pancreatic cancer cells transplanted into the renal capsule of nude mice.
