为了加强科普期刊的质量管理,规范科普期刊的评比,促进科普期刊质量和两个效益的提高,结合我国现有科普期刊的实际情况,制定本标准。本标准制定过程中,借鉴了原国家科学技术委员会1994年颁布的《科技期刊科普类质量要求及评估标准》和1997年第二届全国优秀科技期刊评比时的评分标准。本标准由中国科学技术协会提出。本标准由中国科协普及部负责解释。1 主题内容和适用范围本标准规定了以报道刊登科学技术普及知识为主要内容的连续出版物(以下简称科普期刊)
In order to strengthen the quality management of popular science journals, standardize the evaluation of science journals, promote the quality of science journals and the improvement of two benefits, this standard is formulated in the light of the actual situation of the current science journals in our country. This standard formulation process, drawing on the former State Science and Technology Commission promulgated in 1994, “science and technology periodical popular science quality requirements and evaluation criteria” and the second national outstanding sci-tech periodicals in 1997 when the scoring criteria. This standard is proposed by China Association for Science and Technology. This standard is responsible for the interpretation by the China Association for science and technology. 1 Thematic content and scope of application This standard provides for the publication of scientific and technological popularization of knowledge as the main content of the continuous publication (hereinafter referred to as science journals)
