绩效管理作为学校人力资源管理中的重要内容,对学校教学目标的实现起到了一定的促进意义。绩效管理作为当代全新的管理理念,受到高校管理者的重视,是通过一定的方式来评估和分析教职工的工作效果,促进教职工更好的改进工作,提高教学质量的重要举措。学校作为行政事业单位,不以盈利为目的,其收入主要来源于政府,一切开支都要受到一定条件的限制。根据自身的特点,在实际运行过程中,事业单位的融资存在一定的问题。本文主要针对绩效管理在学校发展中的应用探索及其融资策略问题进行了探讨。
As an important part of human resources management in school, performance management plays a certain role in promoting the realization of school teaching objectives. As a brand new management philosophy of contemporary times, performance management is paid more attention by university administrators. It is an important measure to evaluate and analyze the work effectiveness of faculty through some methods and to promote faculty to improve their work and improve teaching quality. As an administrative institution, a school does not aim at profitability. Its revenue mainly comes from the government. All expenses are subject to certain conditions. According to its own characteristics, in the actual operation process, there are some problems in the financing of public institutions. This article mainly discusses the application of performance management in school development and its financing strategy.
