本文对在杆群中流动的层流对流传热问题进行了研究。在边界拟合坐标系上应用有限分析法求得了数值解。针对 R_e数为16,98,160和320及 P_r 数为0.1,1和10等情况,求解了交错杆群中的流动。对于温度高于周围杆群和流体的杆件,予测了该杆件后流动分离和局部及平均的热传输过程。计算结果表明,在 R_e =10时,流动无分离,而在 R_e>98时,杆后有分离。当 R_e=320|时,分离泡伸长并触及到下游杆件。一般说,在分离区,杆件与流体间的传热是小的,平均传热则有如下的相关关系式:Nu=0.886R_e~1/2P_r~1/3
In this paper, we study the convective heat transfer in the laminar flow in the rod group. Applying the finite analysis method on the boundary fitting coordinate system, the numerical solution is obtained. For the case that the R_e numbers are 16, 98, 160 and 320 and the P_r numbers are 0.1, 1 and 10, the flow in the staggered pole group is solved. For rod members that are warmer than the surrounding rod groups and fluids, flow separation and local and average heat transfer are evaluated. The calculated results show that when R_e = 10, the flow does not separate, but when R_e> 98, there is separation after the rod. When R_e = 320 |, the separation bubble elongates and reaches the downstream rod. In general, the heat transfer between the rod and the fluid is small in the separation zone and the average heat transfer has the following correlation: Nu = 0.886R_e ~ 1 / 2P_r ~ 1/3
