中国现今的劳动力市场现状和企业对社会责任感淡薄态度,是中国长期以来经济发展片面注重资金投资,用廉价劳动力换取投资机会和企业的发展所导致的结果。劳动合同法的出台,强化了企业的社会责任,对企业社会责任的实行进行了引导,对劳动者的合法利益进行了有效的维护,将有利促进中国劳动力市场的稳定可持续发展。
The current labor market conditions in China and the weak attitude toward corporate social responsibility are the result of China's long-term economic development of one-sided attention to capital investment and the exchange of cheap labor for investment opportunities and the development of enterprises. The promulgation of the Labor Contract Law has strengthened the social responsibility of enterprises, guided the implementation of corporate social responsibility, effectively protected the legitimate interests of workers and will be conducive to the stable and sustainable development of China's labor market.
