蜂毒多肽1,0.5mg/kg SC能显著提高小鼠热板法测定的痛阈,并能降低醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应的发生率,对角及莱胶,组胺所致大鼠足肿胀亦有明显抑制作用,一次iv蜂毒多月太0.25和0.5mg/kg对正常及高血压大鼠的血压均有明显的降低作用。
The bee venom peptide 1, 0.5mg/kg SC can significantly increase the pain threshold measured by the hot plate method in mice, and can reduce the incidence of acetic acid-induced writhing in mice, diagonally and with Leucocyte, histamine-induced rats. Foot swelling also had a significant inhibitory effect. One-month iv bee venom increased 0.25 and 0.5 mg/kg too much blood pressure for both normal and hypertensive rats.
