葵蓬小学基于“闪亮教育”办学特色,提出了“亮节德育”理念,构建了“葵花五瓣德育模式”。“闪亮教育”致力于以教育的阳光照亮学生,成就每一个学生的闪亮人生。“亮节德育”致力于培养学生健康的身心、美好的品质、高尚的情操,关注学生心灵的明亮坦荡,注重学生良好行为习惯的养成,是渗透到学生学习、生活等方方面面的一种精神指引,指引着葵蓬小学的学生成长为一个个“闪亮的生命”。葵蓬小学从德育课堂、德育活动、德育实践、德育资源、德育评价五个方面探索了实施“亮节德育”的策略。
