针对制冷型288×4长波焦平面红外探测器组件PLUTON LW K508的特点,设计了一个驱动模块,为探测器组件提供了时序与控制信号、模拟与数字电源、参考电平、制冷模式控制信号等。重点介绍了上电控制电路、GPOL电压产生电路、制冷模式控制电路等关键电路的设计原理与结构。实验结果表明,采集到的红外图像具有噪声低、精度高、稳定性强等特点。当探测器在293 K和353 K之间的黑体照射下,并且积分时间为19μs时,整个红外图像采集系统采集到的图像噪声电压均值保持在0.4 mV以下。
A driving module is designed for the cooling type 288 × 4 long wavelength focal plane infrared detector component PLUTON LW K508 to provide timing and control signals, analog and digital power, reference level and cooling mode control signals for the detector components . The design principle and structure of key circuits such as power-on control circuit, GPOL voltage generation circuit and cooling mode control circuit are mainly introduced. Experimental results show that the collected infrared images have the characteristics of low noise, high precision and strong stability. When the detector is irradiated with black body at 293 K and 353 K, and the integration time is 19 μs, the mean value of the image noise voltage collected by the entire infrared image acquisition system is kept below 0.4 mV.
