采用失重法、电化学测试法研究了1-十四烷基-4-羟甲基-1,2,3-三唑作为一种盐酸缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能及作用机理,并通过扫描电镜对加入不同浓度缓蚀剂的盐酸溶液中的钢片在腐蚀实验前后的表面状态进行了分析。同时研究了缓蚀剂分子在钢片表面的吸附规律并对相关的拟合参数进行了计算。结果表明,该三唑缓蚀剂是一种阴极抑制的缓蚀剂,其钢片表面的吸附行为符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,是一种典型的单分子层吸附。所合成的烷基三唑缓蚀剂具有优秀的缓蚀性能及较好的抗温性能。
The corrosion inhibition and its mechanism of 1-tetradecyl-4-hydroxymethyl-1,2,3-triazole as a hydrochloric acid corrosion inhibitor were studied by weight loss method and electrochemical test. The surface condition of the steel sheet in hydrochloric acid solution with different concentration of corrosion inhibitor before and after the corrosion test was analyzed. At the same time, the adsorption rules of corrosion inhibitor molecule on the steel surface were studied and the related fitting parameters were calculated. The results showed that the triazole inhibitor was a cathodic inhibitor. The adsorption behavior on the steel surface accords with the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model and is a typical monolayer adsorption. The synthesized alkyltriazole corrosion inhibitor has excellent corrosion inhibition properties and better heat resistance.
