由北京市发改委发起、《投资北京》杂志社、首都之窗、北京中观经济调查公司联合执行的“2008首都企业及单位节能减排状况调查”第一阶段基本结束。本次调查共发出问卷500份,目前有效问卷正在陆续回收中。从9月开始,本刊将陆续推出调查中北京市用能和节能单位发展过程中存在问题的报道。调查活动结束后,还将推出针对北京节能环保企业的调查报告。近期,本刊记者对10家EMC企业进行了采访调查,这其中有4家资金充裕、开始走向强势的企业;其余6家均不同程度遭遇资金瓶颈。在本文中,将围绕融资问题对EMC行业目前存在的一些问题进行探讨。
The first phase of “2008 Survey of Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction of Capital Enterprises and Units” concluded by Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, “Investment Beijing” magazine, Capital Window and Beijing Zhongguan Economic Investigation Company jointly implemented. The survey sent a total of 500 questionnaires, the current valid questionnaires are gradually recovered. From September onwards, this publication will successively release reports on the problems in the development of energy-using and energy-saving units in Beijing. After the investigation, it will also launch a survey on energy-saving and environmental protection enterprises in Beijing. Recently, our correspondents conducted an interview survey of 10 EMC companies, of which 4 were well-funded and began to move toward strong enterprises; the remaining 6 companies all encountered fund bottlenecks in varying degrees. In this article, we will discuss some problems currently existing in the EMC industry around the issue of financing.
