小儿颅内疾病引起心律失常临床少见,本组30例,男17例,女13例;年龄最小10天,最大12岁。均以抽搐、呕吐或意识障碍收治。发病时间最短2小时,最长5天,除1例死亡外,其余均好转出院。其中感染17例(病毒脑13例、化脑3例、结脑1例),颅内出血9例,其它4例(外伤2例、脑病2例);临床出现心律不齐和心音改变者立即作ECG检查,结果发现窦缓10例,窦速7例,早搏4例,除外房室传导阻滞Ⅰ°、Ⅱ°,窦房阻滞、室上速等,ST、T波改变各10例,U波改变5例,Q-T延长6例。而X线及
Pediatric intracranial disease caused by arrhythmia clinically rare, the group of 30 patients, 17 males and 13 females; the youngest 10 days, maximum 12 years old. All were convulsions, vomiting or unconsciousness admitted. The shortest onset time of 2 hours, up to 5 days, except 1 case of death, the rest were better discharged. Patients with clinical arrhythmia and heart sound changes immediately ECG, the results found sinus slow in 10 cases, sinus speed in 7 cases, 4 cases of premature beats, except for atrioventricular block Ⅰ °, Ⅱ °, sinoatrial block, supraventricular tachycardia, ST, T wave changes in 10 cases, U wave changes in 5 cases, QT extended in 6 cases.
