如何认识情报调研的性质?当前我国情报调研诸因素的调整如何进行?这是当前我国情报界很关心的一个问题。本文拟就此问题进行一些探讨。情报调研性质的演变近年来,我国情报界对情报调研性质的讨论非常热烈,由分散的、单因素的、局部的、到综合的、多因素的、整体的,认识逐步深入。归纳起来,有三类看法,这些看法,反映了我国情报界对情报调研性质的认识的演变过程。 1.认为情报调研“是一种科技知识领域内的研究活动”这有两种观点,一种认为是科技文献知识的逻辑加工,另一种认为是科技文献与实践知识相结合的研究工作。主张第一种观点的人认为:“科技情报分析研究,是科技研究组成部分,是从科技研究中分出的一项独立
