为进一步优化全省经济发展环境,推动政府职能由管理型向服务型的转变,湖南省人民政府拟于近期公布133项拟取消的行政审批项目。按照《行政许可法》和《湖南省行政程序规定》的要求,湖南省人民政府行政审批制度改革工作领导小组办公室日前公开向社会征求了对拟取消这批行政审批项目的意见和建议。
In order to further optimize the province’s economic development environment and promote the transformation of government functions from management-oriented to service-oriented, Hunan Provincial People’s Government plans to announce in the near future 133 proposed administrative examination and approval plans to be canceled. In accordance with the requirements of the “Administrative Licensing Law” and “Regulations on Administrative Procedures in Hunan Province”, the leading group office of the reform of administrative examination and approval system of Hunan Provincial People’s Government recently publicly solicited opinions and suggestions on the proposed cancellation of these administrative examination and approval projects from the public.
