新闻背景:2002年8月7日,北大山鹰社登山队5名队员在攀登希夏邦马西峰顶峰的过程中,遭遇雪崩,五人遇难。谱写了一曲人类挑战自然、挑战极限的壮美之歌。无独有偶,在此前的2002年6月4日,中国地质大学(武汉)的一群大学生,为了科学考察而攀登格拉丹东山,一个叫原海涛的在校研究生,把鲜艳的五星红旗插上山顶。位于青海省那曲安多县的格拉丹东雪山海拔6620米,是万里长江的发源地。格拉丹东山在藏语里意为“高高尖尖的山峰”。该山常年被冰雪覆盖,形成千姿百态的冰川世界,地质学界称格拉丹东山为“冰川之父”。由于该山冰川陡峭,地势十分险恶,被登山健儿视为“中国最难登的山之一”。原海涛向记者讲述了他这段壮美的经历。
