本文就温湿度和几种防护材料对放射性标记农药经离体皮肤吸收的影响,作进一步研究,以期为现场喷洒农药时的防护提供依据。用水溶性~(35)S-杀虫双(用药量0.229mg/ml、比放射性0.476μci/mg)和脂溶性~(14)C-二氯苯醚菊酯(用药量5.04mg/ml、比放射性45.83μci/mg)作为标记农药,分别在室温(24±1℃)、高温(34±1℃)、室温湿和高温湿的条件下,涂在兔皮上。另用六种防护材料(涤棉布、棉布、外科手术手套、家用乳胶手套、30%皂液和3%皂液)分别置于兔皮上,并设置无防护材料的兔皮作对照组,然后涂以标记农药。实验持续六小时。温湿度影响组,取皮肤作组织病理学检查。 结果表明两种标记农药在室温、高温、室温湿和高温湿条件下,经离体兔皮的渗透量和时间呈高度
