一、前言在目前的燃气轮机设计中,其转子结构,不论是燃气透平转子还是压气机转子,愈来愈趋向采用组合式转子(拉杆转子)。其主要原因是它具有下列优点: 1.转子本身刚性比较好,强度高。组合式转子的刚性虽比焊接式转子差,但比套装式转子要好。如工作条件许可,增大组合式转子的拉杆预紧力,其刚性将与焊接转子相差不多。由于组合式转子可采用无中心孔的叶轮,因此叶轮的强度可大大提高,这样在相同通流能力下,可以采用大根径的叶轮和较短尺寸
