介绍了一种基于XYZR四轴焊接机器人曲线焊接的工作原理、系统结构,并设计了一款基于Windows CE6.0平台系统的焊接机器人示教盒,包括示教盒硬件组成、软件设计。利用Win CE6.0系统丰富的GUI图形函数库与智能设备MFC控件开发了友好的人机交互界面。最后搭建焊接机器人半实物测试平台对焊接机器人示教器进行模拟测试,测试结果显示该示教器操作简便,性能稳定,很好地实现了焊缝的示教再现功能,为直角坐标焊接机器人结构设计打下了良好基础。
A working principle and system structure of curve welding based on XYZR four axis welding robot are introduced. And a welding robot teaching box based on Windows CE6.0 platform system is designed, including teaching box hardware composition and software design. Use Win CE6.0 system rich GUI graphics library and intelligent device MFC control developed a friendly interface. At last, a semi-physical test platform of welding robot is set up to simulate the teaching robot teaching pendant. The test results show that the teaching pendant is easy to operate and has stable performance. It can realize the function of teaching and reproducing the welding seam, Design laid a good foundation.
