本文分析了提升西安市城市“软实力”的现实意义及制约因素,提出要改变发展观念,将软实力发展提高到战略高度,明确西安发展的定位。1、积极培育西安特色文化,全力推动文化产业发展;2、抓住“帝王之都”的独特优势,加强历史文化传承;3、加强生态文明建设,树立西安宜居城市形象;4、改进旅游方式,提升旅游服务质量;5、提高城市管理水平,加大西安推介力度;6、加强社区文化建设,提升公民素质;7、推进政务公开,提升政府服务水平。
This paper analyzes the practical significance and restrictive factors of promoting “soft power” in Xi’an City, and proposes to change the concept of development, raise the development of soft power to a strategic level, and clarify the orientation of Xi’an development. 1, actively cultivate characteristic culture in Xi’an, and promote the development of cultural industries; 2, seize the unique advantages of “emperor capital” and strengthen the heritage of history and culture; 3, strengthen the construction of ecological civilization, establish the image of livable cities in Xi’an; 4, Improve the way of tourism and improve the quality of tourism services; 5, improve the level of urban management, increase the promotion of Xi’an; 6, strengthen community culture and enhance the quality of citizens; 7, to promote open government affairs and improve the level of government services.
