经受1.6—1.2兆帕水压负荷的薄壁铸铁件的质量不仅取决于其化学成份,而且与熔炼铁水的炉料组成有关。曾对生产暖器片铸件的铸铁车间五年的统计数据进行了常规回归分析。求得铸件废品量(%)与冲天炉炉料组成(%)相关的。回归方程%:铸造生铁X1和炼钢生铁X2,废铁X3,回炉料X4,硅铁X5,锰铁X6,磷铁X7,以及焦炭消耗量P8。方程如下:B=466.5-20.8X1+1.3X2+16X3+0.8X4-13.9X6-67.2X6-0.2X7-0.4P8………………(1)剩余分散率为S剩余=±0.2%。将变量的变化代入方程(1): X1=7.8~39.8,X2=5.8~42.8,X3=2.4~22.6,X4=19.5~38.5,X6=1.5~6.1,X6=0~0.9,X7=0~2.4, P=14.8~23.6。
The quality of thin-walled cast iron subjected to a hydraulic load of 1.6-1.2 MPa is dependent not only on its chemical composition but also on the charge composition of the smelting molten iron. Five years of statistical data on the cast iron shop producing warm plate castings were routinely analyzed. Determine the amount of castings (%) and the composition of the cupola charge (%) related. Regression equation%: cast iron X1 and steelmaking pig iron X2, scrap iron X3, back to the charge X4, ferrosilicon X5, ferromanganese X6, phosphorus iron X7, and coke consumption P8. The equation is as follows: B = 466.5-20.8X1 + 1.3X2 + 16X3 + 0.8X4-13.9X6-67.2X6-0.2X7-0.4P8 (1) Remaining dispersion rate S surplus = ± 0.2%. The variation of the variables is substituted into Equation (1): X1 = 7.8 to 39.8, X2 = 5.8 to 42.8, X3 = 2.4 to 22.6, X4 = 19.5 to 38.5, X6 = 1.5 to 6.1, X6 = 0 to 0.9, X7 = 0 to 2.4, P = 14.8 to 23.6.
