人才对一个企业的发展至关重要。人才的价值又与其个人管理水平、知识技能水平、综合素质等密切相关。对于任何一个员工而言,以上几项能力与素质一方面来自于学校教育,一方面来自于企业实践,即理论与实践构成了主要来源。但仅靠以上两个方面,对于员工的个人成长依然是不够的,继续教育与培训也是重要的途径之一。其中,企业内训既能够促使员工理论水平提升,同时也能够很好地与企业实际情况进行结合,是企业员工成长的快捷通道之一。
