研究了两种在确保达到和超过高强度钢丝要求的力学性能情况下,可以彻底去除高强度钢丝铅浴处理引起铅污染的技术措施:一是高碳钢丝采用奥氏体化后先短时间(2~4s)水冷再在空气介质炉中等温处理方法;二是采用低碳低合金钢经水淬或空气吹冷获得低碳马氏体或低碳贝氏体加低碳马氏体的方法。
Two technical measures were investigated to completely remove the lead pollution caused by the lead-acid treatment of high-strength steel wire under the condition of ensuring the mechanical properties required to meet and exceed the requirements of high-strength steel wire: firstly, the high-carbon steel wire was firstly austenitized for a short period of time 2 ~ 4s) and then cooled in an air-medium furnace isothermal treatment method; the second is the use of low-carbon low-alloy steel by water quenching or air blowing cold to obtain low carbon martensite or low carbon bainite and low carbon martensite method .
