【案例描述】在第一次接手这个高一班级的时候我还未习惯用老师的眼光看待这些兴奋的叽叽喳喳的孩子,但我还是注意到有3,4个男生已经非常熟悉的聚在一起交头接耳,用很无所谓的态度对待新的班级。于是在开军训动员会后,我点了那几个男生中看起来比较热络的一位,请他担任代理班长的职务。这个男生自己以及周围的几个男生明显露出有些愕然的神色,但他还是欣然应允了,并且在当天统计学生状况以及分发军服的工作中较好的完成了身为一个班长的任务。
[Case Description] I was not accustomed to seeing these excited chattering kids for the first time in this high class, but I still noticed that 3,4 boys were already very familiar , With a very indifferent attitude towards the new class. So after the opening of the military training mobilization meeting, I ordered one of the boys who seemed relatively enthusiastic and invited him to take the position of acting squad leader. The boy himself and some of the boys around showed obvious signs of stunnedness, but he still gladly agreed upon and fulfilled his task as a squad leader on the day when he counted student status and distributed military uniforms.
