出口竞争力的强弱,实质上是综合经济实力的体现,它不仅表现在出口规模,也表现在出口经济效益上。随着WTO的正式加入和全球经济一体化进程的日益加快,我国进入一个全面开放的经济系统,我市的出口竞争力与其国内竞争力的变动方向趋于一致,也就是说,国际市场具有竞争力,国内市场同样具有竞争力。本文从财政角度出发,通过对我市提高出口竞争力取得的经验,以及存在的问题作出客观的评析,提出进一步提高我市出口竞争力的若干对策。
The strength of export competitiveness is essentially an embodiment of comprehensive economic strength. It is not only reflected in the scale of exports, but also in the economic benefits of exports. With the formal entry of the WTO and the accelerating global economic integration, our country has entered a fully open and open economic system. The export competitiveness of our city is in line with the direction of changes in its domestic competitiveness. In other words, the international market is competitive Force, the domestic market equally competitive. This article from the financial point of view, through the city to enhance the export competitiveness of the experience gained, as well as the problems that exist to make an objective assessment, put forward some measures to further enhance the competitiveness of our city’s export.
