首先感谢贵刊全文刊登《关于加强本市中小学图书馆工作的暂行规定》一文,这里把中小学图书馆当前亟待解决的几个问题提出来,以助《规定》的贯彻。 1.中小学图书馆长期以来处于校长,教导,总务“三不管”状态,是学校一个遗忘的角落。要改变速种现状,单靠发一个文件,要大家“照办”是不可能的。我们认为,首先要纠正领导的认识,把图书馆工作纳入正常的的教育轨道中
First of all, I would like to thank the full text of your magazine for publishing the “Interim Provisions on Strengthening the Work of Primary and Secondary School Libraries in Our City”. We hereby put forward several issues that are currently urgently needed to be solved by primary and secondary school libraries so as to facilitate the implementation of the “Provisions.” 1. Primary and secondary school libraries have long been principals, teaching, general affairs, “three no matter” state, the school is a forgotten corner. To change the status quo, send a document alone, to everyone “photo” is impossible. In our opinion, we must first correct the leadership’s understanding and put the work of library in the normal course of education
