我在一建筑工地上班时,发生了意外,造成8级伤残,该施工单位没有为我申报工伤,只一次性给我支付了医疗补助费。请问单位不申报工伤是否违法?
When I went to work on a construction site, I was surprised by the accident and caused 8 levels of disability. The construction unit did not declare work-related injuries to me and only paid me one-time medical subsidies. Does the unit not declare work-related injuries is illegal?
