随着经济的不断发展,我国的城市化建设步伐也在不断加快,推动了建筑工程领域的快速发展。土建现场管理作为建筑工程项目管理中的核心内容,其管理的水准会直接影响到工程施工的进度和质量,受到了施工单位和社会的广泛关注。但是,在实际的建筑工程施工过程中,土建现场管理中还存在着一些不足之处,影响着建筑工程施工的进度和质量。本文对土建现场管理在建筑工程中的重要性进行阐述,并分析其存在的问题,最后提出相应的措施。
With the continuous development of economy, the pace of urbanization in our country is also accelerating constantly, promoting the rapid development in the field of construction engineering. As the core content of construction project management, the management of civil construction site has a direct impact on the progress and quality of construction. It has drawn wide attention from construction units and the society. However, in the actual construction process, there are still some shortcomings in the construction site management, which affects the progress and quality of the construction. This article expounds the importance of on-site management of civil engineering in construction engineering, analyzes its existing problems, and finally puts forward corresponding measures.
