以酿酒葡萄“维欧尼”与砧木“SO4”、“1103P”、“3309C”和“5BB”进行硬枝嫁接,比较分析其与砧木品种间的亲和力。结果表明,不同砧穗组合间亲和力存在差异,初步筛选“维欧尼”与“3309C”亲和力较强;其根系质量优良,生根率达95.83%,愈合率达82.83%,萌芽率为54.17%。为“维欧尼”硬枝嫁接砧木筛选提供一定的理论依据。
Hard grafting was carried out with the grapevine vignos and the rootstocks SO4, 1103P, 3309C and 5BB, and their affinity with rootstock varieties was comparatively analyzed. The results showed that there were differences in the affinity between different combinations of scion heads. The preliminary screening of “Viognier” had stronger affinity with “3309C”, the root quality was excellent, the rooting rate was 95.83% and the healing rate was 82.83% 54.17%. It provided a certain theoretical basis for screening “Viognier” hardwood grafting rootstocks.
