作为企业劳动制度改革的一项措施,北京市化工总公司试行了工人上岗证制度。这一行动的出发点是加强管理,但它却合乎逻辑地带动了岗位培训的开展。可以说,岗位培训是岗位证书制度从条文变为现实的桥梁。从他们的经验中我们可以看到,岗位培训是企业管理和生产活动的有机组成部分,企业的经济活动需要岗位培训,岗位培训只有充分为企业的改革发展服务,才能实现自身的价值。这里发表一组有关这一经验的文章,仅供读者参考。
