总的来说,高职院校经费来源方式较少,这与高校大量经费需求存在较大矛盾。本文以河北机电职业技术学院为例,从财政一般预算拨款、财政专户核拨收入、其他收入、科研收入和银行贷款等方面阐述高职院校经费来源结构现状。
In general, there are fewer sources of funding for higher vocational colleges, which is in contradiction with the large funding needs of universities. This paper, taking Hebei Electrical and Mechanical College as an example, expounds the status quo of funding source structure of higher vocational colleges from the aspects of financial general budget appropriation, revenue from special accounts, other income, research income and bank loans.
