我国教育改革的不断深化使传统教育模式逐渐暴露出较大的问题。传统的教育模式已经无法满足当前的教育需求。高校体育教学不仅仅要求具备高质量的身体素质,同时需要在教学过程中,逐渐培养学生的体育意志力,使他们拥有较强的心理素质。在这个教学目标的指导下,以教师单方面讲授为主的教学模式显然已经不能提高高校体育教学的教学效果。为此,教育界提出了合作活动学习的教学模式,对合作活动学习的本质、基本类型和在教学中的实际应用进行探究,构建以学生为主体的教学模式,提高高校体育教学效果。
The deepening of China’s education reform gradually exposed the traditional education model to a larger problem. The traditional education model has been unable to meet the current educational needs. Physical education in colleges and universities not only requires high quality of physical fitness, but also needs in the teaching process, and gradually develop the students’ willpower of sports, so that they have a strong psychological quality. Under the guidance of this teaching goal, the teaching mode based on the unilateral teaching of teachers obviously can no longer improve the teaching effect of college physical education. To this end, the education community proposed the teaching mode of cooperative activity learning, probing into the essence, basic types and the practical application of cooperative activities in teaching, constructing a student-centered teaching mode to improve the effect of physical education in colleges and universities.
